Ann at 2nd Street Salon did a fabulous (and FAST) job on my wavy, thick hair! I was having problems with previous cuts because it would always look too thick on one side (I always wear my hair parted in the same spot on the side because that is the only place it wants to be parted) and she cut it while it was parted there. She thinned the thicker part so it wouldn’t be too thick in comparison to the other side. Best of all, this cut has been looking really great as it has grown out! I hardly have to do any styling to it at all and it still looks great! Thank you, 2nd Street Salon!

Ann cuts/styles my hair every month. Now, my Son gets his hair done by Ann, too.

To me, there's nothing better than getting a great cut with an easy-going person like Ann. She's quick, affordable and super easy to get in to see on short notice. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a great experience and even a few laughs tossed in!

Finally ventured out for a haircut again - with a mask and was pleased with Ann's precautions in her salon. Got a great haircut and feel 10 years younger! Very affordable and yet a very stylish cut , easy to maintain. I highly recommend this salon. June C.

Ann is an awesome hairdresser. My hair has a tendency to be “cranky” and Ann always finds a way to let it do what it wants while making me look great. The 2nd Street salon is a great place to get your hair done; coloring is quick and the results are wonderful. Prices are more than reasonable for this high-quality salon. Ann is so personable that she makes you feel right at home as if you had known her all your life; as a newcomer to MN, I really appreciate that.
Ann is always very accommodating, making it easy to get my hair done on a regular basis. So, if you are looking for a new place to get your hair done, please give Ann and her 2nd Street Salon a try. You’ll never go to anyone else again.

I don't usually leave reviews on Google but people really need to find 2nd Street Salon. Ann is such a great hairdresser that I can't believe she doesn't charge more. She provides the same quality cut and experience as a fancy salon at a fraction of the cost. I am very happy with not only the haircuts and treatments that Ann has done for me but the entire experience of getting my hair cut there. I also appreciate that Ann will let me make appointments that are convenient for my work schedule...it was such a hassle to get my hair done before I found Ann and it so easy now! If you are looking for a friendly place to have your hair done by an experienced hairdresser, you should really check out 2nd Street Salon.

Ann is the best! I love how she listens to my ideas, and brings them to life! And after being to other salons where the process takes a lot of time out of your day...Ann makes the process quick and fun.
